This product is so light that my hair has become beautiful. I used heat protectant on the day I didn't wash my hair and curled my hair with this product and the curls are still very visible and vibrant. I have very thick long hair so I used the hottest setting and started curling halfway through. There was a time when my section was too thick and it stopped spinning and shut down to protect it. This made me nervous when it happened but not having too much hair in the product was a good lesson and what an amazing feature of this product! I had a conair that sucked on your hair and didn't have that shut off setting and my hair got damaged and looked awful. So thank you, this product is not like that! I think it's great that you can also choose the direction of rotation! Quick and easy, overall very impressed with this product and would highly recommend!
