Review on Kyocera CKT 105WH BK Outdoor Ceramic Kitchen by Kyle Merriman
A great blade all round, too bad to only use it for camping!
My first thought was "Kyocera, printer company?" but wow, that's an amazing blade. It's actually a shame as a camping kitchen knife, although it comes with a very nice sheath I keep it in my kitchen knife block. I use it for cooking vegetables. Sliced tomatoes are SO THIN, literally 1/8 inch or less, cut through broccoli, zucchini, etc. and still have a sharp edge! I'm a vegetarian so I don't use it for meat or fish, but as far as I can tell it's a wonderful knife. Too bad to only be used for camping!
