This Moza Slypod e is an interesting device that I had to try when I saw it! Basically, this is a motorized monopod that makes for a very versatile slider alternative that can give you some really interesting results! Head mount is what you need to get different angles and shots with this monopod), you can also easily attach it to your camera bag as it looks very sturdy, sturdy and well built! As a monopod it literally loses out as it goes up at 39 inches or 3.25 feet. It's not meant to replace your monopod, it's a creative tool, so I guess that's fine. With it you can get some nice slow or fast moving scroll frames or make awesome time lapses! The best way to use this Slypod is to attach it to the tripod legs with the 1/4 or 3/8 screws on the top of the pole. It will help you get very stable shots and great shots. You can start or change the speed of the slider using the buttons on the slider itself or with a compatible app. Using an app is the best way to reduce jitter. There are different speeds from fast to very slow, but the faster you go, the more noise the Slypod makes. I wouldn't use it at an event as it would require too much noise, but for product shots and time lapses where sound isn't a factor it's perfect! You can connect two products to the app and they work in sync and make really precise movements! The battery life is really good and USB Type-C is used for charging. I find this product very attractive as I have many moza products to work with. Very easy to use and set up, this slider is a great alternative to a motorized slider!
