Damaged item in wallets, card cases and money organizers

I have been using these wallets for 15 years. This is the first time I've bought it and it came damaged and very hard leather. I just hated it and will think about it because I can't return it after my son destroyed the shipping box. One more thing, I can't take out any of my cards after putting them in my wallet. just waste of money
