The zipper on the inside pocket broke immediately upon opening the purse for the first time.
The purse is very comfortable to wear. It is a nice compliment to fall and winter styles. The outside pockets have sturdy zippers and are well done. I wish they had taken care to have the same quality on the inside zipper and lining fabric.

- The purse is perfect except it was to be a cross body style.The straps would not elongate to that style.
