Review on Etekcity 1022 Refrigerator Thermometer - Optimal Temperature Monitoring for Fridges by Chris Chincuanco

I bought this product because I thought my fridge wasn't cold enough and I saw the technology that used to be a laser thermometer came on the market to measure the temperature inside. I got over 50 degrees in the fridge with this product while it was set at 33 so I used that along with the spoiled milk as the basis for a support call. When the tech came back his laser thermometer read 35 while mine was still reading 40 and 50 at the same time and in the same place. I may have gotten a broken one, but this laser thermometer is absolutely awful. UPDATE: Based on this review, Etekcity sent me a replacement with no questions asked and no need to return the faulty one. It deserves a second star. UPDATE: The thermometer turned out to be fine, but the tech that came out had a defect (different brand I asked). In fact, the temperature the new tech got from his wire thermometer was exactly the same as I got from this laser thermometer. 100% Five Star Product!
