So far, so good. I've been using it for a week now

So far so good. I already have a week. I bought it for my Macbook Pro 2016. The first thing I miss about these new laptops is an Ethernet port. And most USB-C dongles on the market don't have them either. Satechi makes and works like a charm. The device itself is very attractive in terms of build quality. It even has a Space Gray color option to match my laptop. A++
