Good Product, Slightly Bad

Unlike some accordion briefcases that open and fold, this product should really only be used to transport your flat boards for illustrations or similar materials. You can put a few things underneath, like pens, pencils, glue, etc., but too many of these end up being bulky, oddly shaped, and quite difficult to close. The portfolio close tab is by far my biggest complaint. The bottom tends to fold over, making it difficult for the tongue to get into the hole in the center (where the black square label is). If the volume is too large, the velcro points will not line up properly. However, if you're just looking for a fairly thin, well-sized portfolio (suitable for 11x17 illustration boards and still room) that will protect your projects from the rain, this really is ideal. The grip is great and very comfortable. I would suggest an artist box for your tools though.
