longer at minimum end
I needed to attach a sofa cover that was 25 inches between front and back so I bought this one - as it said at least 23 inches I thought I would keep it at its minimum length and stretch it a few inches more to make it taut. But even with minimal adjustment, it was too loose and didn't hold the lid in place well. Then I bought the same straps in a smaller size; Something tells me they will be too small - lol! But they stood up well and seemed to be of pretty good quality as far as the clips go.
