junk. The shank on the wheel has a pear on the end that holds it in place and Place stops. On a properly made wheel, this bulb is tapered at both ends so you can remove the wheel from the socket if necessary. It has no cone on the end of the wheel. You plug the socket into the chair, then you plug the wheel into the socket, but when you go to remove the wheel, the socket comes out of the chair with the wheel. This socket is so cheaply made that when you try to remove the wheel from the chair, it bends like a beer can, rendering both the wheel and the clutch unusable.
