Solid vacuum bags in bulk for sous vide.

Vacuum bags are good for vacuum packaging! Sealed on my Weston Pro-2300 with no problems. For at least 13 cents a bag, I can efficiently shred commercial-size portions, process venison, and cook proteins individually to order without worrying about food drying out or spoiling. I'm reporting back after a season in the freezer to see if the flimsy material holds up with storage.
