Review on Original Baking Can Cylindrical Vertical by Joy Vogelzang

Wow! What a find! These jars are great for baking. I've been baking in vintage 16 ounce coffee cans for decades. These coffee cans have expired! I love these original baking glasses! Easy to clean even after baking. Conducts heat evenly and is high enough for bread to rise. The metal is hard and will not discolor when heated in the kiln. The only drawback for me is the missing "rings" (I miss this feature with my old coffee cans). Also, the smooth metal finish makes it a bit difficult to grip with oven mitts when removing from a hot oven. I've found that silicone pot holders do the job better. I can only recommend these banks!
