I'm just starting to ride a bike and am trying a few options. The shorts are definitely not meant to be worn alone, but easily match the color of the yoga pants (though not seamlessly). The padding seems perfectly adequate, but I haven't tested it on a trip yet. I don't think I can leave the house in them. Sorry, even under tight yoga pants, but the padding is so stuck in my ass that it looks like I didn't make it to the bathroom in time! ;) I usually wear size 12 pants but I have a big butt so I ordered XL just in case. After wearing it for only 10 minutes my legs went up too. I'm sorry, they should be back. Damn.
