Yes, it will not fit the 2019 XL883N as stated in the description.

This will not hold your LED headlight securely in the headlight housing, the inside of the visor does not reach up far enough to even make contact with the bulb and prevent it from rocking. Very frustrated that I now have a useless piece when I can't figure out how to reliably fill that void.
