, I bought this to help with my wrist issues (my hands get numb holding both the regular and switch lite). I immediately noticed that it makes my game much more comfortable and I no longer feel numbness in my hands and wrists. I'm almost 39 years old and a game developer (I'm always learning/playing/watching latest games/etc so my consumption is much higher) so I may have stage 1 arthritis. Still, I believe they help my hands and wrists stay healthy with an ergonomic grip. The price is great for the benefits and I would recommend it to anyone of any age for wrist and hand health.
