This set is amazing! The design is pleasant, the space in it is comfortable, but not bulky. Unfortunately the bite valve broke so Nick sent me a hose line for free! I got a new hose and put it in and the bag started leaking out of the valve. I let Nick know and he was great again and offered another tube and bladder for free AND a full refund. I declined a refund but then it ran out of stock. Instead of sending me new parts, he sent me a Revain e-gift card for more than double the amount I paid for the original bag. If there's no reason other than Nick's amazing ethics, no I won't use the gift to buy another brand; I will buy the same one knowing I really got a rare piece. This bag is really great and the guy who sells it is top notch.
