Я рассмотрю некоторые пункты в других обзорах, так как эти пункты вызвали у меня некоторые сомнения, в надежде, что это поможет потенциальному покупателю, если вы проходите тот же процесс принятия решения I have made. Build Quality: Some reviews indicate it's flimsy, with one reviewer claiming that the tripod thread has become loose. I set mine up as shown (block on tripod, camera on block, Canon 6D) and it seems solid enough. Maybe not for combat zones or videography by the NFL. The battery compartment/front cover is fragile: yes, to an extent, and you feel like you're using force to open it. This is a panel cover, and in fact there is a battery cover behind it (more durable and with a more reliable opening mechanism). You must open this cover to install or remove an SD card. I think I can live with that, it's not as flimsy as some make it out to be. Battery Life: Still on my first set. I use USB power whenever I can. I'm using a 24V phantom for inputs 1 and 2. 48V will shorten battery life. The recommended Tascam drivetrain seems out of print and expensive anyway. I'm looking for USB power options. Learning curve: There is some truth to this, but I used to have a smaller Tascam unit (the older and much simpler Tascam Dr 7) and got used to the quirks of the Tascam menu. The documentation in the box is actually a multilingual specification, but Tascam has a more informative PDF manual that you can download. The first morning I got the device I was able to record audio on the camera and a separate sync track for Premiere. Tip: Tascam recommends setting levels so that they fluctuate around the -16dB mark on the main screen. Capture footage at these levels without even having to connect a camera. Then play that recording on the camera and set the levels for that recording. After that, if you set the levels on the Tascam to about -16dB nominal, which is a lot easier than on the camera where I have to put some levels in the menu, the levels on the camera will be correct. Set and forget! I prefer to control the audio from this device as much as possible and the camera audio track is for leveling only. Tip: Set the sample rate to 48kHz instead of the default 44kHz, as the latter produces an audio file without a waveform. in Premier Pro. I went to the Premiere forum to find out about it. XLR cables get stuck: on the contrary, coupling and decoupling seem to be very positive. Overall I didn't have any of the main issues mentioned in the negative reviews.
