I like how easy it is to use in my business! We can easily track our campaigns using their platform, which helps us have more control over each of them. They also offer multiple plugins for many different platforms that we are able manage from within one dashboard (which saves time). The support team at OpenTopic couldn't be better when you need help with something they don’t really mention much about anywhere else online or even through email communications directly between customer service reps themselves - some people might get frustrated because most other companies seem very pushy/aggressive but not this place by far!! This software was perfect right out-of-the box so no tweaking needed there either :D Great product all around. Honestly if anyone has any questions just ask your rep who will answer everything honestly & clearly without trying too hard ;) Highly recommend :).
