My 15 lb dog is very fast, hyperactive and smart. Needless to say, I can't brush his teeth. I've always wanted it because I know we have to, but it's enough effort to just clean it up after a bath. While he chews on a lot of hard bones and it helps his teeth, there is never too much oral hygiene. I had never heard of this product and was very happy to try it. The product arrived without any problems and I immediately sprinkled it with dry food (we only use wet food as a treat). He was very curious to see what I was doing. He sort of wrinkled his nose after sniffing for the first time. But after a few minutes he ate a little. I have also used this on my cat's food. Both ate with no problems. Time and a trip to the vet (because I honestly didn't know) will confirm if these things really matter. Hopefully.
