Very simple tool that keeps things organized

The best thing about this product was it's simplicity. It wasn't hard to learn how to use! There are some features I would like to see added in future versions such as being able to add multiple emails addresses per account so you can have more than one person handling your leads. If you want an easy system to manage all your contact information then this is perfect for you! We've been using our own CRM but realized we needed something to help us with managing contacts from every avenue (social media, website, etc.) This helps us keep track of everything easily. I like how easy it was to set up my account and use once we got started with our business. The software doesn't have many bells & whistles but what you need to be successful in your industry (ie. B2B) isn't there anyway. We are using this as an online CRM so all leads go through here before being passed off to one of our sales reps. This helps track responses from customers and their needs/wants which ultimately helps us close more deals.

  • Allows me quick access into tracking potential clients across numerous sources social networking sites included along side traditional websites where they store info or email signup forms that pop ups when visitors land at them.etc..I love having both platforms integrated together because sometimes people don’t know who has contacted via phone call instead if just filling out form data fields directly onto LinkedIn / Facebook pages without ever contacting anyone first..it
