I blame myself, I should have photographed the edge of the tub. It was yellow and stained with water. We live on a farm and our water contains a huge amount of minerals that will attack anything it comes in contact with. I used an Earth Brite cleaner (look it's amazing) and this drill scrubber. My surroundings are white again! Fair warning, it took some effort and time to get the job done. Holding a drill in the wall is not easy, I had to wipe and rub everything again to make sure everything was ok. The whole process took about an hour. You will also need a corded drill, my battery powered drill didn't get the job done.
