Item looks good and takes up little space IE sticks out. 3 ports is awesome and why I bought it. 2 stars because every time I plug in a device it won't charge and I have to unplug it and plug it back into the cigarette lighter many times before it's plugged in properly for it to start charging. I tried to exchange the product hoping it was just a malfunction of this particular device but the only option I had was a full refund so I decided to just keep it until I decide something else to buy.
