Well, I was only half hoping these candle holders would look decent. I was shocked at how beautiful they are, when I opened them I was extremely delighted! The candlelight thru the glass beads is beautiful, especially when candlelight is the only light source at night. Very beautiful center pieces on my dining room table, and I get lots of compliments on them from friends and family.Use standard votive or tealight candles. Just be sure the holder has cooled down before reaching inside to replace with a fresh votive or tealight candle.I liked them so much that I bought a pair for a good friend as a housewarming gift. She too was delighted at how pretty they are!
