I bought 5 of these in June. The last one stopped working yesterday. These products are said to come with a one-year warranty, but there's no contact information on the box or on the website. Problems I had: 1. The necklace doesn't have a clasp, so you can only put it on over your head. The necklace finally came out.2. The chain often pinched the skin.3. The fibers pricked our skin on the chest.4. The power buttons are stuck. This is probably an easy fix, but I don't know because I can't contact anyone.
