Review on Filter under the sink Geyser Prestige 2 (12 l) by Micha Spodymek ᠌

A good product at a good price, I advise you to try it.

The results of the work have thus far left a favorable impression. Depending on the time of day, the water pressure in my plumbing system ranges somewhere between 4 and 6 atmospheres. As a result, I have not yet bothered to invest in a boost pump, but I am always prepared to do so because it is impossible to predict what will occur in the future. With an overpressure in the outer chamber of the tank of around 0.5 atmosphere (adjusted according to the instructions with an automatic pump), water can be collected in the storage chamber of a 12 liter tank at a rate of approximately 6-6.5 liters in approximately an hour and a half's time. This quantity of water per eye, in addition to another 100-liter aquarium, is sufficient to cause strain when used to change the water in a family with two elderly members. Added after the business had been running for 8 months: Since November of last year, there has been no discernible change in the water's quality. 18-20 ppm out! Just super! I just recently put in a booster pump to ensure that there is always adequate water pressure at the membrane entrance. As a result, I am now able to collect 8 liters of pure osmosis water in a tank that holds 12 liters in just half an hour. In the absence of a pump, we were only able to gather a maximum of 6.5 liters in an hour and a half, while the amount of unclean water that washed down the drains was twice as much! It is easy to see how much money can be saved by turning off the pump.

Pros
  • If you have a screwdriver, hands that are in the proper spot, and the willingness to do it the way you see it, and not the way the installer sees it, then it is simple to install on your own. It started working immediately, following the suggested flushing, nothing leaks, and the quality of the water that comes out of it matches what was advertised! Despite the fact that it is just day one, the outcome is clear: the salt concentration in the water before reverse osmosis reads more than 800 parts per million (ppm), whereas the salt concentration in the water after the membrane is between 50 and 60 ppm. Totally satisfies the requirements of this attribute.
Cons
  • Due to the fact that one of the tubes was too short, the connection between the membrane cartridge and the hydraulic machine was very tight. This, in turn, caused the quick-release fitting that was located at the place where the tube exited to become warped, which cast serious doubt on the dependability of this connection. Trite, the assembler clicked the size of the tube, but scored on it, saying things like "and so it will do" Thankfully, there were enough tubes in the set; I cut off a new longer one, fitted it, and the issue disappeared. But a bitter aftertaste remained, after all, on such a device, such jambs might bring negative effects in the form of leaks and, as a result of this, the client may experience both financial and moral difficulties. Therefore, a reduction of one star for the time being! And we'll see!)
