The second came in perfect condition. Allowed my 15 year old son to install.
The first screen was cracked. Requested a free return (no questions asked) and bought another one. The second came in perfect condition. Allowed my 15 year old son to install a screen. Used a YouTube video to easily guide him through the process. It took about 15 minutes to finish.
