Works exactly as described but as other posters have said you can't drive backwards with this hitch as it attaches with just one mounting screw on the bracket turns. If you want to tow a wagon or implement from time to time and don't have to worry about backing it up, this works great. The design of the product also creates a lot of torque at the attachment point. So if you're mounting it on the back of a 'live' mower, you'll probably need to reinforce the mounting plate on the mower with some spacers. because it bends easily. If you're towing a van with little or no weight, this probably isn't a problem, but if you're towing a dolly or trailer (through the trailer's ball), the weight of the tongue does matter. There are other options so have a look around but this worked exactly how I needed it in my application. Just be aware of the limitations of this hitch.
