Ideal for fine hair - do not use too much. My hairstylist told me that if you've ever used "dry shampoo," you've noticed that it messes up your hair. It's ALMOST but you only use it at the roots - I spray on wet or damp hair only at the roots where I want a little lift. Blow dry like I usually do, then blow dry. It keeps my hair frizzy and during the day when my hair is styled I can easily tousle it, sprinkle a little Sebastian in a brown tin and I can go to the office until evening without a major overhaul! :) It is also washed off - it does not dry and does not last. Very easy.
