Review on VividCharts for ServiceNow by Lance Harrison

The ability this software has helped us see issues that previously were hard, if not impossible without using old fashioned excel sheets! I think we are able save quite literally hundreds more days than doing everything by hand via Excel documents!! We also use their support team as well which is great because they make things much easier especially when there's downtime due outages etc - just having access helps get through some busy periods quickly! Would be nice sometimes though maybe less frequent updates so its slower at times rather then all day everyday!! Definitely recommend working together closely since our requests can really help them improve/fix any gaps within these items.

You can easily customize charts using simple drag & drop features, without any coding knowledge! I like that my team is able to quickly visualize our key metrics at their fingertips so they are empowered by this information rather than having me explain these KPIs over again every month/year etc.. When working remotely there were times when we could not access service now (due technical issues) which caused us some frustration during those periods - hope updates will resolve such issue soon!!
