Review on Moen 26100SRN Engage Magnetix 3.5-Inch Six-Function Handheld Showerhead: Magnetic Docking, Spot Resist Brushed Nickel by Aaron Martin

I rarely leave negative reviews. This shower head is an exception. In the past I have found Moen to be a reliable brand. I do not believe anymore. The instructions say to hand tighten the hand fitting to the shower arm and then hand tighten the hose fittings. Following these instructions, the device leaked a lot due to the connection between the shower arm and the hand arm. I tried to gently tighten it with a wrench, a useful tool as instructed, and got the same result. The socket collar on the hand arm is too flat to never lick onto the shower arm, also the washer and strainer were set crooked from the factory and won't fit straight no matter what I try. The item is now non-refundable and I have lost the purchase price. If I had bought the best selling Revain instead of this shower head I would have lost only 1/3 the price on this product. I was in dire need of a shower head so I bought it elsewhere. It works great and is easy to install. Also, the hose is much better and more flexible than this item, and the price was about half the price.
