Shirts are good but as the last person mentioned in their review the sizes run small. I usually wear a medium or large size. So I ordered XL and it fits dinner, but if you want a looser shirt I would take two sizes. My husband is tall so I ordered XL for him and it fits perfectly, not tight but just the perfect comfy loose way. So for menswear go one size and for womenswear if you really want a relaxed fit go two Sizes up, but if you just want the perfect fit, just go up a size. My son is 5 and I ordered him a size 4-5 and the only thing is the sleeve was a bit short so I'm changing it to size 6/7 hoping it doesn't get too big.
