So far I've only used lavender, but everything is fine! Just follow the instructions and you shouldn't have any problems! I used booties for the maximum time and pulled socks over them. Peeling started after 48 hours. I soaked my feet in hot water after noticing flaking and seeing more flaking afterward. One thing to be careful of is not to tilt the booties too far when putting them on. I don't have very good coordination and I noticed that I lost some of the fluid before I hit the leg. Also, plan to sit still while you put them on. I was trying to do some housework and lost some more fluids. Use the time to sit, relax and be pampered! This is a great product. I will buy this again.
