glad I bought this item, it works great. I recently bought a Macbook Pro 2020 with m1 chip and then sent a pair of hubs to convert USB-C Thunderbolt to HDMI and also use with my USB external hard drive. 2 hubs were very expensive and this mokin hub couldn't be more expensive in the tv so i sent it back luckily i bought this mokin and it works great. very easy to use just plug it in and it just works small and very portable it gets a little warm but all the hubs I've tried over the years have worked and I haven't found any damage if you say on the side it stays a little cooler. It looks very durable, I hope it will last me a very long time.
