We are very happy with the product. It is easy to use and provides a lot of flexibility.
In our experience the software is excellent. You can add new modules, modify existing ones, integrate with external services. For us it has replaced two disparate legacy systems. The documentation could be improved, however. The video tutorials provided aren't always the best, and we would like to see more user guides that cover all the functionality. It would also be nice if there was more information about version upgrades - although this may not be possible. The support is excellent. However, we have found that they tend to provide updates that contain new bugs, rather than addressing the issues raised in previous requests.
Pros
- You can make graphs from any table or cell in Excel.
- You can build your own rules and models by connecting directly with your tables in the data source.
Cons
- If you don't want to code it yourself then you will have to spend time building everything in Excel.
- They won't send you an update unless you pay them $1
