I like the tie. However, the hands are not covered with plastic.

I love this tie. They make it so I can use it on a one or three year old. The patterns are both beautiful and you can wipe the plastic part very easily. However, they lost a star because their hands are just cloth with no plastic coating, and various foods will definitely stain them.
