I should have written this review in November after wearing the collar for about a month. I got this for a tiny Yorkie (Catch) that I adopted. Fang is 10 years old and quite talkative. Although he barks during the alerts he gets from the collar, I still like the collar and highly recommend it. If Fang barks too much, the collar will emit a high-pitched beep. If he doesn't stop barking (which he doesn't usually do - he's quite stubborn and very focused on what he's barking; he has a "give 'em, give 'em!" attitude) he gets a soft demeanor and a noise , which resembles a mosquito buzzing near the head. The collar itself is very long for this little guy and I could have shortened it a bit but never wanted to need it. This is for a big dog. So I just tied him up so he doesn't get in his way. He doesn't wear it all the time, only when he's concentrating too much on barking.
