Review on Under Armour Phenom Charcoal Boys' Jacket: Stylish & Warm Jackets for Boys by Isaac Simpson

Based on product images and reviews I expected the outer layer of this jacket to be at least water and windproof. I ordered one for each of my boys to use on windy or rainy days. However, the outer material is just a thin fabric. Water seeps through immediately and the wind easily cuts through the fabric. Anyway, these jackets are not suitable in rainy or windy days.
