This is a good example of a situation where you should consider moving away from a solution that does not meet your needs.
We are interested in working with companies looking to implement a new CRM system. Our first impression was that this software was built with a "one size fits all" approach. When we looked at the pricing structure it appeared that it was also very expensive. In addition, we were not able to see any real examples of the software being implemented. So we decided to move forward with another vendor. I found some issues when trying to use the software which made my job difficult. The lack of documentation and training made this process more challenging than it needed to be. Overall I would recommend this product as an option, however, if you're serious about implementing such systems look elsewhere.
Pros
- Great visualisation capability and is extremely easy to understand and work with
- Can be deployed on-premise or hosted in the cloud (for those with SaaS)
Cons
- Needed several hours of my time to try and find out how to do basic things like add contacts, set filters etc.
- Lack of enterprise grade features like authentication, SSO, OAuth etc
- Most likely overpriced - the website states £
