Review on Tucker Ellis by Joseph Marshall

We have been working closely with T+E over these last few years as their legal counsel - particularly regarding trademark registrations at various levels (eg., filing an intent or registration). They are always responsive to questions from us about how things work internally within USPTO/Trademark Office itself; they're prompt responses that usually include links out into other areas where it helps us understand something better before moving ahead! I don't know if there's anything negative to say here -- everything has worked very smoothly so far! We have worked closely with Tucker Ellis since they opened their office here in Colorado Springs over 5 years ago. They are always responsive and professional. Their billing rates are very reasonable compared to other firms that I've used who charge much higher hourly fees. There really isn't anything bad about working with them! As an employer, it's important to find people you can trust, and work well together as a team. This has been one of those things where everything seems like it goes smoothly.
