Just got it today and using it for the first time. Before then, it was analogous but required less effort, and now one of these will set you back five thousand dollars. Then there was Vitek with his supply of milk, which was likewise not very expensive and numbered somewhere around 7000 of them. Now that I've thought it over, I've chosen to purchase this one, which is a cool one and is on sale for 11,500. My reactions have been highly contradictory. It is inconvenient to use in any way. In the past, I used to get a good cappuccino without any hemorrhoids by first foaming the milk and then turning on the coffee supply in the same glass. This made the process go much faster. The approach won't work in this situation. After you have frothed the milk, the coffee supply will not turn on because the water has become too hot and the supply has been turned off. You will either have to wait until the water has cooled down completely (for a very long time), or you can cool the water by draining it through the cappuccinatore (this procedure is prescribed in the instructions). This is the very first time that I have come across such absurdity as the requirement to cook in a very certain order and to dirty two glasses rather than just one. The coffee should be added in first, followed by the milk, and then whisked together. I had to deduct one star because of that. Now you need to go around with two cups and froth milk in one while making coffee in the other. This issue was not present in both of the Deshman coffee makers, and both of them produced delicious cappuccino. It's possible that the form factor of this one didn't leave enough room for some of the nodes, which is why they combined the steam circuit with the water supply circuit. I have no idea. The flavor of the coffee is not very pleasant, but this is a matter of opinion and may yet require some modification.
