So disappointed! for household chemicals

Media could not be loaded. I was so excited to use this stain remover on small areas in my bedroom that are stained. I didn't need a whole house steam cleaning system, I only had three small areas in my bedroom (blame the kids or cats, maybe both) that I needed touching up, and judging by the reviews it looked like a machine for that. Initially I could only say positive things about this product, ease of use, assembly, portability etc. until the results came and this machine removed the stains from my carpet. Here are the details: WHAT YOU LIKE: -Assembly. It was easy - just snap on a few hose fittings and your product was assembled in less than 10 minutes. - Items included. I liked that this product comes with a stiff 3 inch stain remover brush and a deep cleaning tool. It also came with Oxy 8 fl oz trial size and patch formula ready to use. - light. I was able to tow this machine up and down stairs with ease, even with a full water tank. He weighed about 10 pounds with water. When I drained the water after cleaning up small stains (about 3" diameter on my carpet) the water was dirty - I was pleased that it looked like something was being cleaned. read below. DEAL BREAKERS: - Stains were not removed from my carpet. They may be weaker but they didn't go away even though I pre-treated the stains and followed Bissell's instructions to the letter. Yes, the water was dirty, so I'm sure it did something, but I was expecting the stain (which was just dirt, not nail polish or anything permanent) to be easy to remove. I've honestly had better luck with a Resolve carpet cleaner sprayer for less fuss than breaking this thing. - Short hose. 15 feet. I was definitely on all fours with this machine. This can be uncomfortable for those unwilling or unable to crawl on the ground. Heatwave technology is advertised to maintain a constant water temperature while cleaning. Let's just say the water was consistently cool to cold throughout the clean and should be more accurately referred to as Coldwave technology. Perhaps the spots will not rise due to the lack of water temperature. - spray nozzle. The cleaning heads have a trigger so you can spray the solution while using the cleaning tool. The spray didn't really go where I indicated it would and ended up well outside of the area I was trying to clean. It also impregnated the carpet and it took 24 hours to fully dry those areas. - The dirty water tank is difficult to empty with a small drain plug. performs the main function for which it was designed - spot treatment of the carpet and removal of dirt. Instead, I rent a carpet cleaning machine.
