This product worked great with my old iPhone X qi. .Now that I have an iPhone 12, the story is different. In 90% of cases, after using a MagSafe or Qi wireless charger, the phone does not recognize the connection of the NetRot cable, resulting in a charging or data transfer error. The only solution is to unplug and plug back in the tiny, tight-fitting Lightning adapter. After reconnecting it works 100% but that defeats the purpose of using a magnetic cable in the first place. I must add that the NetDot Gen 10 system has been 100% reliable with every device I own. EXCEPT for iPhone 12. It is likely that this is a software/firmware issue from Apple as it only seems to affect this specific device but I doubt this will ever be fixed which makes me very frustrated. The convenience of being able to connect to CarPlay and charge any of my devices (USB-C, Micro-USB, and Lightning) has always been a dream. I hope NetDot, like all other Apple products, can contact Apple to solve the problem. (iPad, AirPods, Apple TV remote and iPod) charge normally every time they are connected. And yes, I've tried several adapters, and even ones that have been reliable with the above devices.
