Review on General Tools 450 - 6-Inch Divider Tool by Jesse Azuse

MASSIVE blunt tool: First, it is a large, heavy tool, 6 inches refers to leg length; They are generally 8 inches tall with a 3 1/8 inch threaded adjustment screw. This is a high quality, well made, solid instrument that you can probably pass on to your son or grandson. The problem is that .mine does NOT work! The tips of the legs are not pointed, they are flat, it is a round flat surface a little over 1/32 in (0.035–0.038 in) in diameter. They don't hold up and just bounce/slip over anything but the softest of woods and they're too dull to leave any noticeable marks. Do you want to use them as card separators? I don't know if this is intentional or just faulty grinding (sharpening) work in this case? But in my case they come back. You are not working! Kudos to Revain for their excellent customer satisfaction policy. They gave me a full refund!
