inaccurate for mead
I had high hopes of checking the sulfite levels in my homemade fermented mead. These streaks resulted in a significant overdose of some of my mets. I started questioning the results and then tested Vinemetrica. A few of my Mets were above 200ppm and the streaks read 10ppm.
