Review on 💪 Adjustable Chest Expander with 5 Tubes for Arm Training - Exercise Resistance Bands for Home Fitness, Muscle Building by Scott Goff

I've been using it for a week and when I increased the resistance the orange caps that hold the bands in place became loose. And only with 3 stripes. In my opinion this product is poorly constructed and potentially dangerous as these strips can break with significant force. UPDATE: When I first attached the 3 strips, I glued them from the center to the edges. After a few days I removed 2 strips furthest from the center and added a 3rd strip in the center. This will keep the orange caps in place. So I'm increasing my rating to 2 stars. It works out. I have no intention of returning it but I still feel it is poorly designed and should be avoided.
