They are useful - size, shape and grates. However, there was something sticky in them from day one and they were never properly washed. Whatever was on them left ugly stains even BEFORE they were used and those stains are sticky. STRANGE. The mirror finish is good; and the weight is nice. But it also means that they do not deform, but deform. They seem to be getting their shape back, but you can hear it as it cooks and then when you look into the oven you can see the pan warping. I use them but I can't say if I recommend them or not.
