As an avid runner, I need a sports bra that keeps me from jumping all over the place. This bra has NO support or constriction to make me feel secure. I put it on and ran down the hallway of my house. It was funny how freely my breasts bounced around. Will definitely be returning this. I'm 172lbs and wear a 36C for reference, bought a large. It fit well but looked like it had the support of a lounge bra or something.
