I was hesitant to buy this because the reviews talked about it not fitting and leaving gaps, but I was pleasantly surprised - it fits perfectly! Very tight and completely flush with the sides of the arena. I have an old version of 4Moms Breeze Plus (https://www.amazon.com/4moms-Portable-Removable-Bassinet-Changing/dp/B076DDMNDP) that I bought in 2019 before the new version was released. There may be sizing issues with the new version, but anyone who received their Breeze Plus before 2020 should be fine. I love that this mattress is plush but not too soft. My son is 10 months old and I've been using the softer side for over 9 months, but the harder side would also be more comfortable than the bottom that 4Moms offers. To hide the folds between the three folds, I put a waterproof pad between the mattress and the sheet (this works well: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B082WQY7TW/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1 ). I hope this review helps anyone trying to figure out if this fits their old Breeze Plus!
