Best Mobile tracking Application with excellent Customer support

The best thing about this app is that it has an inbuilt GPS tracker which helps us to track our drivers easily without any delay or confusion.
It also provides you all information like location status etc., as well as alerts when there are delays due to traffic jams or weather conditions. I have nothing negative to say regarding delforce because everything seems good so far but maybe more features can be added such as payment gateway integration for better user experience.
We use this application mainly for courier services where we deliver goods from one place to another within city limits using couriers who work under their own control.

Real time tracking facility
Good customer support team with prompt replies during emergency situations.
Very easy navigation between different pages/tabs while working simultaneously through multiple tabs at same screen (I would recommend 3rd party software)
Able To Keep Checking Allocation Details For Incoming & Outgoing Courier Requests From One Screen Only(Very Helpful
