I can really feel the difference in my mouth. My teeth are stronger and smoother. This product is very expensive (compared to fluoride toothpaste anyway), but I find the concept of direct enamel remineralization very attractive rather than indirectly strengthening enamel with fluoride toothpastes. After brushing my teeth, I like to use Apagard Royal Paste as a concentrated mouthwash and gargle the paste in my mouth using only my own saliva to wet it, for about 20 minutes to ensure maximum contact time for enamel repair. i love this stuff
